Small-scale Dairy Farmers, welcome to the Israeli Dairy School, situated near Nazareth, Israel. You may be aware that Israel is widely acknowledged to be a world leader in the field of dairy farming technology. Israeli dairy herds consistently produce record yields of milk per animal. Here in the beautiful Nazareth Mountains, we present the Israeli Dairy School Experience. We run five days of intensive Dairy and Small Ruminant (Goats and Sheep) farming seminars, conducted by experts in all fields of dairy herd management. Each day will consist of lectures on a wide variety of dairy farming topics, alternating with visits to several dairy farms, milking facilities, feed stations and veterinary centres.

Delegates will be given extensive practical knowledge that they can take back home to make a real difference to how they go about managing their herds and all aspects of milk production. Topics covered: milking techniques, nutrition for increased yield, effective herd management principals, fertility, insemination, veterinary care and everything else they need to know to improve their farming methods.
